Busy moms: this program beginning in February is for you!
The National Shrine of Mary, Mother of the Church is offering a unique program designed by and for Catholic moms! The ten-session, virtual series begins Feb. 5 and is scheduled, priced, and created for the busy mom-life.
Aptly titled “Creating Catholic Experiences in Motherhood,” this on-line only series is specifically designed for mothers of school-aged children who are interested in creating or growing Catholic, faith-filled experiences for themselves, their children, and their families. Mothers of older or younger children, or women who are expecting to become mothers, are also invited to participate. All are welcomed, wherever you are in your faith or parenting journey!
The series consists of ten Zoom sessions, 60 minutes each, with 30 minutes of bonus Q&A, taught by a professional facilitator. You’ll learn not only from our amazing speaker, but also through facilitated dialogue with other participants.
Each session will be facilitated by Jenna Mayo, a professional coach and a member of the Catholic Speakers Organization. Jenna will introduce content ideas and prompting throughout the session, engaging participants through out the program.
Mothers of young children can find themselves feeling isolated today. This series is designed to encourage community, connecting mothers in similar life situations around the country, tethered by our Catholic faith. The format of this program encourages mothers to observe, connect, share, and learn from one another – offering an engaging opportunity for inclusion and true community.
The National Shrine of Mary, Mother of the Church recognizes the deep need for programs like this which empower and engage mothers in their faith. For this reason, we are offering this program at a discounted rate of $50, for all ten sessions, to enable more mothers to participate.
We hope you will join us for Creating Catholic Experiences in Motherhood!
