A Series to Empower Mothers in Faith

Facilitated by Jenna Mayo, PCC

The Catechism of the Catholic Church states, "through the grace of the sacrament of marriage, parents receive the responsibility and privilege of evangelizing their children." (CCC 2225). Catholic faith formation programs usually emphasize the formation of children and young adults, sacramental preparation, and Scriptural studies, all of which are wonderful! However, this can leave our "primary teachers" of the faith lacking in self-confidence and the tools to incorporate Catholic values, virtues, beliefs, and experiences into their everyday lives with their children.

Mothers of young children can find themselves isolated in today's society. This series is designed to encourage community, connecting mothers in similar life situations around the country, tethered by our faith. The format of this program encourages mothers to observe, connect, share, and learn from one another - offering an engaging opportunity for inclusion and true community.

We hope you will join us for Creating Catholic Experiences in Motherhood!
